Canada : Anti-dumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Steel Grating from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 20 December 2010, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain steel grating originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 20% - 91%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy in the range of 6% - 129%. The CBSA will make its final determinations on 21 March 2011. A copy (pdf format) of CBSA's announcement for the determinations is appended to this circular for reference. Additional information about these investigations is contained in a Statement of Reasons, which will be available on 4 January 2011 on the CBSA's website at http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi.
