Brazil : Reduction of Import Tariffs on Automotive Parts
The Brazilian Government has recently announced reduction of import tariffs to 2% for certain automotive parts which are used in domestic manufacturing activities but not produced in the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR). The revised tariff rates became effective on 14 September 2010.
