US : CPSC's Notice on Corrections to the Safety Standards for Infant Bath Seats and Infant Walkers
The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circulars No. 269/2010 of 9 June 2010 and No. 291/2010 of 23 June 2010 of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's (CPSC's) final rule on the safety standards for infant bath seats and infant walkers respectively. The CPSC published in the Federal Register (FR) two notices of 19 August 2010 to announce corrections to the above-mentioned safety standards in respect of the specifications of the test methods and labelling requirements.
