: Countervailing Action against Laminated Woven Sacks from the Mainland of China : Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination
The US Department of Commerce announced in the Federal Register notice of 3 December 2007 the preliminary affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies were being provided to producers and exporters of laminated woven sacks from the Mainland of China. The countervailing duty rates were found to be in the range of
2.57% to 57.14%. A copy
