the Mainland of China : Institution of Investigations and Scheduling of
Preliminary Phase Investigations

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 15 November 2007 the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase investigations to determine whether there was reasonable indication that an industry in the US was materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the US was materially retarded, by reason of imports of sodium nitrite from the Mainland of China that were alleged to be sold in the US at less than fair value and subsidised by the Government of Mainland China.
