: Countervailing Action against Circular Welded Carbon Quality Steel
Pipe from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing
Duty Determination
The US Department
of Commerce announced in the Federal Register notice of 13 November
2007 the preliminary affirmative determination that countervailable
subsidies were being provided to producers and exporters of circular
welded carbon quality steel pipe from the Mainland of China. The countervailing
duty rates were found to be in the range of 0% to 264.98%. A copy
(pdf format) of the FR notice is appended to this circular for reference.
