Canada : Anti-dumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Seamless Carbon or Alloy Steel Oil and Gas Well Casing from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 9 November 2007, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing on certain seamless carbon or alloy steel oil and gas well casing originating in or exported from the Mainland China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 9% - 68%, whereas the estimated amount of subsidy in the range of 6% - 10%. A
