US : Anti-dumping Action against Steel Wire Garment Hangers from the Mainland of China : Initiation of Investigation
The US Department of Commerce (DoC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 17 September 2007 the initiation of investigation to determine whether imports of steel wire garment hangers from the Mainland of China were being, or were likely to be, sold in the US at less than fair value. A copy (pdf format) of the FR notice is appended to this circular for reference.
- Exporters and producers wishing to obtain separate-rate status in the anti-dumping investigation are required to submit a separate-rate status application. The specific requirements for submitting the separate-rate application are detailed in the application itself, which is available on DoC's website at http://ia.ita.doc.gov/ia-highlights-and-news.html. The separate-rates application is due no later than 9 November 2007.
