Anti-dumping Action against Sodium Hexametaphosphate from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce (DoC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 14 September 2007 the preliminary determination that sodium hexametaphosphate from the Mainland of China was being, or was likely to be, sold in the US at less than fair value. The weighted-average dumping margin was found to be 183.15%. A
copy (pdf format) of the FR notice is appended to this circular for reference.
