US : Anti-dumping Action against Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires from the Mainland of China : Correction of Due Date for Separate-rate Applications
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 300/2007 of 7 August 2007 informing traders of the US Department of Commerce (DoC)'s initiation of anti-dumping investigation against certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from the Mainland of China, the DoC announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 20 August 2007 that the due date for submission of separate-rate applications in the investigation should be
28 September 2007, instead of 20 August 2007 as set out in the previous FR notice. A
copy (pdf format) of the FR notice is appended to this circular for reference. Details of the investigation are set out in the above-mentioned circular.
