Procedures for Countervailing Duty Investigations
The US Department of Commerce (DoC) has recently announced its decision to change the policy with respect to applying countervailing duty (CVD) laws to products from non-market economies, including the Mainland. In this connection,
a brief outline (pdf format) on the US procedures for CVD investigations is prepared and attached for
traders' reference.
