US : Countervailing Action against Coated Free Sheet Paper from the Mainland
of China: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register (FR) notice of 9 April 2007 the preliminary affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies were being provided to producers and exporters of coated free sheet paper from the Mainland of China. The countervailing duty rates were found to be in the range of 10.90% to 20.35%. A copy (pdf format) of the FR notice is appended to this circular for reference.
