Canada : Anti-dumping and Countervailing Action against Certain Copper Pipe Fittings from the Mainland of China : Preliminary Determination in Dumping Investigation
On 20 October 2006, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping and subsidizing on certain copper pipe fittings originating in or exported from the Mainland China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 39% - 116%, whereas the estimated amount of subsidy in the range of 17% - 68%. A copy (pdf format) of CBSA's announcement for the determination is appended to this circular for reference.
