US : FDA Issues Questions and Answers (Q&As) on Prior Notice
Requirements of Imported Food

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 303/2003 dated 12 December 2003, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has posted to its website another set of questions and answers (Q&A) regarding prior notice requirements of imported food which helps the food industry and others comply with the legal requirements established by the prior notice interim final rule.
