US : Guidance Booklets on Registration of Food Facilities and Prior Notice of Imported Food Shipments

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 258/2003 dated 14 October 2003, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services has published guidance booklets on the two interim final regulations entitled "What You Need to Know About Registration of Food Facilities" and "What You Need to Know About Prior Notice of Imported Food Shipments".
