: Country of Origin Marking for Products of Hong Kong
The US Customs Service
announced in the Federal Register of 5 June 1997 that the proper country
of origin marking for imported goods produced in Hong Kong will continue
to be Hong Kong's after the reversion of Hong Kong's sovereignty to China
on 1 July 1997. A copy of the notice is appended
to this circular for reference.
