US : CBP Issues FAQs on Elimination of Textiles and Clothing Quotas in 2005
Further to Commercial Information Circular (CIC) No. 161/2004 cum Notice to Exporters (NE): Series 1 (USA) No. 27/2004 dated 26 June 2004, the US Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has just posted on its website a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the elimination of textiles and clothing quotas for all World Trade Organization (WTO) members as from 1 January 2005.
