Email Notification Service of Expiry Dates for Textiles Controls Registration (TCR), Textiles Trader Registration (TTR), Factory Registration (FR) and Outward Processing Arrangement (OPA) Registration
This is to inform traders that the Department has introduced a new email notification service to remind traders whose Textiles Controls Registration (TCR), Factory Registration (FR), Textiles Trader Registration (TTR) and Outward Processing Arrangement (OPA) Registration will soon expire.
-
With immediate effect, the Department will advise all valid registrants of TCR, TTR, FR and OPA who have activated the User Login Accounts (ULAs) of their companies/registered businesses at the Department's webpage through an email at their designated email accounts, to renew their registration(s) around two months before expiry of such registration(s). Copies of the renewal letters together with the relevant forms and pay-in slips would continue to be sent to the registrants by post. Registrants who have not yet activated their ULAs will continue to receive similar advance notice by post around the same time.
-
Current registrants of TCR, FR, TTR and OPA may make use of their ULAs to access a wide range of E-services which is free of charge. Details of these services are available in the Notices to Exporters (All series) dated 8 December 2001, 1 March 2002 and 2 January 2003 respectively. Traders are encouraged to activate their ULAs to benefit from these E-Services. To activate the ULA, companies/registered businesses holding a valid TCR, FR or TTR are advised to access the "E-Services" section of the Department's webpage at http://www.tid.gov.hk.
-
For enquiries, please contact the Central Registration Office at telephone number 2398 5512 (for TCR, TTR or FR registrants) or the Customer Service Centre of Certification Branch at 2398 5525 (for FR or OPA registrants).
Yours faithfully
