Special Arrangement during Inclement Weather

Our services will be suspended when tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above is issued, or when rainstorm black warning is issued before office hours. Our services will be resumed in two hours if the warning is cancelled before 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday. On these occasions, there is a possibility that the standard of our services may be affected and the pledged targets may not be met.

Our services will be maintained if rainstorm black warning is issued during office hours. However, the processing time may be longer than the pledged time as some staff members may have been released from office.
