Special Arrangement in times of Tropical Cyclone, Rainstorm Warnings and Extreme Conditions

Our services will be suspended when tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above is issued, or when black rainstorm warning is issued before office hours. Our services will be resumed in two hours if the warning is cancelled at or before 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday.

If the Government announced "Extreme Conditions" due to increment weather before office hours, our services will be suspended. If the conditions cease to exist at or before 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday, we will resume services in two hours when conditions permit.

On the above occasions, there is a possibility that the standard of our services may be affected and the pledged targets may not be met.

Our services will be maintained if rainstorm black warning is issued during office hours. However, the processing time may be longer than the pledged time as some staff members may have been released from office.
