• Issue of import and export licence on retrospective basis
  
  
• Enquiry on Production Notification for Cut-and-Sewn Garments (PN), (including permissible limits for component parts and classification )
  
  
• Enquiry on Certificate of Hong Kong Origin (CHKO), Certificate of Origin - Processing (COP) and CO Form A
  
  
• Issue of approved CHKO, COP and Form A
  
  
• Receipt of supporting documents, application and issue of certified copy of for CHKO, COP and Form A 
  
  
• Receipt of application for CO Form A
  
  
• Handling of application for endorsed declaration regarding exports of antiques to the United Kingdom/New Zealand
