The Central Registration Office offers the following services:

• General enquiries on matters related to Textiles Trader Registration (TTR) and Factory Registration (FR)
  
  
• Processing of application, renewal, amendment and cancellation requests for TTR and FR. Please note that applicants for FR will be required to attend an interview and pass factory inspection before their applications can be considered
  
  
• Purchase of Import Notification ( Textiles ) Form
  
  
• Distribution of TTR and FR application forms and amendment forms; as well as circulars and pamphlets related to the two registrations
  
  
• Handle suggestions and complaints on services related to the two registrations.
