The Committee would like to thank all industrial and trade organizations, institutions and individuals who have contributed to this report for their valuable input. Their active participation enabled the Committee to have a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by SMEs, and to recommend support measures accordingly.

We are also grateful for the support given by the many government bureaux, departments and support organizations which, in the course of the Committee's deliberations and drafting of recommendations, made substantial contribution and made it possible for the Committee to successfully complete its task in time.
