Unified Road Cargo Manifest for Cross-boundary
Truck Drivers Crossing at Land Boundary Control Points

 

Further to our circular of 31 December 2003 on the implementation of the unified road cargo manifest for cross-boundary truck drivers crossing at the land boundary control points starting from 1 January 2004, this is to inform the industry that the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department has prepared a guide (in Chinese) for completion of the unified road cargo manifest. A copy of the guide is at Annex (pdf format) for information.
