SME Pulse published

The eighth issue of "SME Pulse", published by the Trade and Industry Department, has been released and uploaded to the SUCCESS website (http://www.success.tid.gov.hk). SMEs and potential business starters are welcome to visit the website or obtain a free copy from the following distribution centres:
- the Support and Consultation Centre for
SMEs (SUCCESS) at Trade and Industry Department;
- major trade and industrial support organisations; and
- major district libraries.
The latest issue contains features on tips for the operation of small eateries; interview with uniform and fashion designer Janet Cheung; the third anniversary and new measures of CEPA; survey result on tertiary students' intention of starting up a business; prospect of Hong Kong being developed into a regional logistics hub; and SME Mentorship Programme.
The "SME Pulse", in Chinese, is published every six months by the department to provide up-to-date business information and latest news on the Government's support measures and services to SMEs. For enquiries, please call SUCCESS on 2398 5133.
