Terms of Reference
- To provide feedback to the Trade and Industry Department (TID) on its rice licensing/registration and related services under the Rice Control Scheme (RCS);
- To advise TID on how to enhance rice licensing/registration and related services under the RCS;
- To enhance customers' understanding of TID's RCS, including its licensing/registration and related requirements, operations and services provided.
