Customer Liaison Groups
The Trade and Industry Department is committed to providing traders with efficient, courteous and high quality services. With a view to further improving its services, four Customer Liaison Groups are in place to serve as an additional channel of communication between the Department and its customers. The Groups focus on improvements in the delivery of service and do not involve itself with policy issues. They are non-statutory bodies and function as liaison groups rather than formal advisory bodies.
The four Customer Liaison Groups are Textiles Customer Liaison Group, Strategic Commodities Customer Liaison Group and SME Customer Liaison Group and the Customer Liaison Group for Rice respectively.
